Mindbuddy is an AI-facilitated platform employing the capabilities of OpenAI’s GPT-4 technology, aiming to provide mental health and emotional support.
Developed by a team of Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology specialists from the University of Toronto, this tool leverages principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
The platform offers interactive dialogue sessions through a specially trained chatbot ‘buddy’ providing guidance to users, especially when they are feeling stressed or anxious.
This chatbot also possesses an adaptive learning mechanism which iteratively enhances the quality of personalized support. Mindbuddy includes features such as mood tracking capabilities to help users monitor their well-being and advancement towards a positive condition.
