User's have the option to input on-hand ingredients into the app, after which the AI component generates a recipe incorporating those ingredients. Recipease also allows for user-specific cravings to be met by inputting the desired dish, with the AI capability providing a recipe within seconds.

Recipease includes a save feature, allowing users to easily store, revisit and search through their favorite recipes at any given time. The app also has the functionality to import recipes from external sources via copying and pasting, or using a built-in scan text feature.

Users generally begin with a supply of tokens which can be used to obtain new recipes. When the original token supply is consumed, users have the option to purchase more tokens for continued culinary exploration.
